Your hostess, Kathryn 'Kip' Brookover and her daughter Amelia, are the second owners of the home.  Kip purchased it in 1981 and they have been diligently working on the restoration of the house since.  The only furnishing to come with the house is an 1863 Steinway Victorian Square Grand Piano and the stool that was with it.  Kip has carefully searched for the furnishings to showcase the grand designs of the house.

The guest room it the Master Bedroom.  The spacious room is elegant, yet comfortable.  The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub for two and a large steam shower.  Guests are welcome to feel at home and can use the front parlor, living room, formal dining room, and even the kitchen.  There are three porches and a lovely yard with gardens.  Your stay also includes a full country breakfast.
